Location
The Seamelia Beach Resort Spa hotel is located in the resort of Side-Evrenseki, private sandy beach, 7 km from Side and 45 km from Antalya International Airport. The hotel extends over an area of 12,000 square meters.

The hotel is a newly built hotel, opened in 2012 and has 300 rooms, of which 290 standard rooms and 10 family rooms, main buffet restaurant, 3 a la carte restaurants, italian restaurants and one with far Eastern cuisine, bistro, cafe, patisserie, snack bar, pool bar, beach bar, disco (drinks at an additional cost), reception, lobby, shops, SPA, hairdresser, laundry service, room service 24 h, medical service (on request, at an additional cost), game room, car hire.

Accommodation
Standard Rooms ( 245 rooms) Two Twin beds and one sofa, Central Air Conditioning (at certain hours) , satellite TV with music channel, direct phone, phone in the bathroom, minibar, WC, bath in the bathroom, hair dryer, digital safe (extra), balcony. All rooms have parquet. 35 m2
Bunkbedrooms ( 45 rooms ) Bigger then a standart room. One Frenchbed and a bunkbed. Others same as in standart rooms. One bathroom, 35 m2.
Family Rooms ( 10 rooms ) 2 separate rooms with connection door, 2 separate bathrooms, in one room French bed in the other room 2 twin beds. Others same as in standard rooms. 50 m2.

Facilities:
At the Pools sun beds, sun mattresses, sun umbrellas, beach towel are free of charge. Direkt on the Beach. The sea water is very clean. The beach is fine sand. At the beach sun beds, sun mattresses, sun umbrellas, beach towel are free of charge. Animation Program is in Turkish, German, English and Russian languages. Amphitheater has capacity for 600 pax. Every night we have Animation Shows, once in 2 weeks Thema Night (Turkish Night and etc), Children Animation, aerobic, gymnastic, darts, table tennis, step, boccia , air gun shooting and beach volley. 6 days in a week (between 4-12 years) 10.00 – 12.00h and 15.00-17.00h and Teenyclub (between 11-15 years) on the same hours. Bowling, billiard, internet, play station, electronic darts are extra 350 pax capacity, 500 m2. Entrance to the Disco is free. All drinks are extra at the Disco. Teenagers under 16 are not allowed to enter the Disco. Aqua park working hours are: 10:00-12.00 / 14:00-17.00 (changeable) .Teenagers under 16 Yrs old are not allowed to the Disco and its forbidden to swim in the sea without permission of their parents.Doctor service is 24 hours( ask to Reception) Meeting hours are 1 hour before and after the Lunch Time.It is forbidden for children under 13 years, to use the Swimming pool without their parents.It is forbidden to use the pool and sea, for guests who are drank.For making the air-condition work in the room, first close the balcony door. * You can get your Beach Towels by the SPA & Wellness desk, with your towel cards.
