Un hotel placut pentru a merge cu copii, multa verdeata, plaja si sezlonguri suficiente. Plaja este in general cu nisip, exceptie cand sunt valuri si iese pietris la suprafata. Plaja este diferita de la ora la ora, fiind intrarea destul de abrupta in mare si valuri maricele. Mancarea este cam aceeasi zilnic, dar gasesti sa mananci ceva. Prajiturile sunt f bune si cafeaua la barul din receptie. Cea din restaurant servita este ingrozitoare. Curatenie in camera superficial, in decursul unui sejur o sg data a fost facuta cutenie, doar prosoape schimbau. toate bauturile in hotel sunt imbuteliate la sticle de 0.33 ml, Fanta, Pepsi, Mirinda, Sprite, ceaiuri, exact ca in minibar, frigiderele se gasesc peste tot, inghetata ambalata de f multe feluri.

Pentru cei cazati in hotel in zona cu toboganele si vedere spre strada este ingrozitor. Langa hotel este un club unde muzica se aude pana la 2 noaptea, desi ar trebui sa fie pana la 1. Nu ai cum sa dormi nici cu geamurile si usa balcon inchisa. Se aude atat de tare incat simti ca esti direct in club. La 1 noaptea am solicitat schimbarea camerei pt ca cei doi copii de 7 si 1 an nu au putut dormi. a doua zi am primit o alta camera in alta parte a corpului principal de unde nu se auzea atat de tare.

O vacanta superba, totul a fost la superlativ! Curaenie exemplara, atat in camere cat i in exterior, dei complexul se intinde pe o suprafaa foarte mare. Personalul era tot timpul cu zambetul pe buze i gata sa faca tot ce este posibil pentru confortul turitilor. Mancarea a fost excelenta, am avut la dispoziie o mare varietate de salate, carne preparata in diferite mancaruri sau fripta pe gratar, iar pestele nu a lipsit in nicio zi. am apreciat i masurile de sigurana impotriva covid 19, care ne-au permis sa petrecem o saptamana fara stres: mesele amplasate in aer liber, recipiente cu dezinfectant pe fiecare masa, mati i manui puse la dispoziia turitilor, organizarea locurilor de unde se lua mancarea astfel incat sa nu se creeze aglomeraie. In concluzie, o locaie pe care o recomandam din toata inima!

Plaja nu are nisip fin, iar la mal i in apa, sunt pietre. Cei sensibili la talpi trebuie sa-i cumpere papuci de apa. Se gasesc in Decathlon.

Buna seara! avand in vedere faptul ca ne-am petrecut vacanta si anul acesta la acest hotel, nu pot sa am decat cuvinte de lauda. Suntem o familie cu 2 copii iar cu noi au mai mers, pentru prima data, inca 3 cupluri si la fel ca si noi, au fost foarte incantati de conditiile oferite. Singura problema intampinata a fost lipsa internetului, pentru aproximativ 4 zile. Nu stiu ce s-a intamplat anul acesta dar anul trecut a avut acoperire aproximativ 80% din toata locatia, inclusiv la vile. anul acesta nici macar la receptie nu mergea foarte bine, in primele 4 zile din sejur, dupa, si-a revenit (probabil in urma reclamatiilor).

Lipsa internetului in primele zile.

O locatie unde nu am avut ce sa reprosez, foarte , foarte multumit. Noi am stat la Villa Ellite Junior, din ce am auzit de la alti turisti, in hotel n-ar fi fost acleasi conditii.

Ceea ce m-a frapat, nu neparat ca m-a nemultumit, a fost faptul ca nu aveam geam la baie si nici aerisire, locul acestora era tinut de o gaura in perete de dimensiunile unui burlan cu diametrul de aproximativ 12-15 cm. Nu toate camerele aveau aceasta "aerisire" !

Hotel cu servicii de calitate superioara. Foarte curat, schimbau lenjeria de pat si prosospele zilnic. Mancarea diversificata i de calitate pentru toate gusturile. Fructe, ingheata i bauturi ambalate individual la discretie. La plaja se serveste zilnic de la 11la 17 pizza si hot dog si placinta turceasca pe pluta. Barul Diamond functioneaza pana la ora 2.00. Verdeaa, palmieri, fantani arteziene, loc de joaca pentru copii, miniclub si piscina..... una cu tobogane, una de relaxare si una pentru copii mici. tobogan la mare Personal prietenos si o super echipa de animaie. Locaie excelenta, in centrul orasului Konakli, pe plaja! aproape de alanya si de Sealanya

Pe scurt, servicii foarte bune, amplasare buna, personal amabil, activitati diverse (parasailing, jet ski, volei pe plaja, yoga, step aerobic, darts, spectacole in amfiteatru in fiecare seara de la ora 22:00, etc). am plecat cu impresia ca romanii nu sunt tratati la fel de bine ca rusii sau nemtii (majoritari), dar asteptarile ne-au fost inselate. am lasat la inceputul sejurului bacsis la camerista si zilnic s-a facut curatenie (camerele sunt foarte curate si spatioase cu balcon). Mancare si bautura multa si buna - aici, depinde de gusturi, am auzit persoane care nu au fost multumite, chiar si noi am gasit si feluri de mancare care nu ne-au placut, dar aveam multe altele din care puteam alege. am mancat o data pe sejur la restaurantul otoman a la carte din cadrul hotelului - mancarea foarte buna si servirea impecabila. Plaja este foarte aproape si nu am avut dificultati in a gasi un loc pe plaja chiar si la 11 dimineata - probabil a contat si perioada sejurului - final de septembrie - (pe ponton este mai greu sa gasesti locuri asa tarziu, deoarece sunt ocupate inca de la 6-7 dimineata ). In concluzie, am fost foarte multumiti de servicii si am reveni cu drag la acest hotel.

Plaja putin pietroasa, iar apa destul de adanca la mal.

Din punctul meu de vedere a fost o vacanta frumoasa. Resortul Safir unde am fost cazati ne-a pus la dispozitie o camera spatioasa, mobilierul nu mi se pare invechit, pardoseala era din granit ceea ce e preferabil mochetei care e mai greu de curaat. in camera am avut un pat matrimonial, un pat de o persoana, doua fotolii, dulap incapator, seif, minibar, birou, oglinda mare, scaun, o masua rotunda, aer conditionat... Baia e cu du i noi zicem ca e mai la indemana decat cada. Curaenia in camera s-a facut zilnic, exceptand prima zi cand ne-au prins de doua ori in timpul orelor de somn. aerul condiionat a mers perfect, l-am setat la maxim cat timp nu eram in camera i la minim in timp ce dormeam. am incheiat seara cu vizita la mare. Mancare este destula. Nu ai cum sa suferi de foame. Chelneri foarte muli i prompi in zonele de servire a mesei i la baruri. Pe plaja te poi servi de la barul de pe ponton sau gaseti apa i racoritoare in cutiile frigorifice lasate pe aleile care duc la mare. Pe parcursul zilei, intre mesele principale, sunt vreo 4-5 locuri unde se poate gasi mancare: gorgonzole, cartofi copti, paste, pizza, iaurt, prajituri. Wi-Fi, super!!! Ca la mine acasa. Nu credeam sa traiesc aa ceva in turcia, deoarece in anii anteriori erau probleme. Daca trebuie sa fii pe net chiar i in concediu, aici e locul potrivit. Login se face cu numarul de pe pasaport si camerei pe care s-a facut check-in-ul. Merge in camera, in hotel, in restaurant, la piscine, la baruri, pe plaja, pe ponton... peste tot. In concluzie, merita incercat.

Daca mergi cu avionul se poate intimpla ca prima zi sa o ratezi cum ni s-a intimplat noua.intirziere avion 3-5 ore deplasarea de la aeroport la hoel 2-3 ore si am ajuns la 22.00.Ramai si nemancat in asfel de situatii.

Complexul hotelier: Este dispus pe o fasie de teren intre autostrada si mare, cu plaja privata de aproximativ 200m x 20 m. Complexul are in compunere un hotel cu 2 corpuri si 5 grupuri de vile (Diamond - cea mare, in forma de potcoava, turkies, Koralle, aquamarin si Rubin). are 3 piscine: - activity Pool, cea mare, despartita in doua de barul aqua, cu adancimi diferite - 1.35m si 95 cm, avand in partea mai putin adanca un mini-aquapark cu 5 tobogane de apa (3 scurte si drepte, 2 mai lungi si intortochetate). accesul la aqua Bar se face de pe margine sau din apa, dar de comandat se poate face doar de pe uscat. toboganele cu apa functioneaza intermitent, de pe la 10 pana pe la 18. Un salvamar e permanent de serviciu langa ele. In jurul piscinei terenul este terasat, iar sezlongurile sunt asejate destul de inghesuit. La aceasta piscina isi desfasoara activitatea echipa de animatie si este si muzica (dupa ora 10). - Relax Pool: este dispusa intre grupurile de vile, are o adancime de 1.35 m si e supravegheata si aceasta de un salvamar. Sezlongurile sunt asejate pe 2 randuri in jurul piscinei. - Children Pool: este dispusa langa Relax Pool, are o adancime de 0.55 m si este acoperita. are o forma circulara si sezlongurile sunt dispuse in jurul acesteia, intr-o maniera aglomerata si care face destul de restrictiv accesul. ar mai fi si piscina interioara din cadrul Spa-ului, cu apa rece (22 grade). Complexul mai are in compunere: - un centru Spa (sauna, bai turcesti, masaj, peeling, etc - cam 25 de euro unmasaj, 35 un peeling) - o zona de jocuri pentru copii si adulti, cu internet-cafe, PS3, biliard si altele (toate sunt contra-cost); - frizerie (contra-cost, cam 13 euro un tuns); - echipa de fotografi (contra-cost, cam 10 euro 6 poze); - loc de joaca pentru copii - tobogane, leagane, etc; - miniclub pentru copii (cu activitati contra-cost, cam 5 euro un tricou de colorat); - sala de fitness; - teren de tenis; - teren de mini-fotbal; - teren de beach-volley (de 2 ori pe zi sunt organizate meciuri, in rest e liber); - amfiteatru, cu diferite spectacole n fiecare seara, destul de interesante; - discoteca in aer liber (de la 23.00 la 02.00); - un ponton, cu acces direct la mare si 2 tobogane de apa; Referitor la locurile de servire a mesei: - un restaurant principal, destul de mare dar totusi neincapator, cu locuri si afara, din care doar unele la umbra; - Diamond Bar - la parterul vilei Diamond, un bar unde se servesc gustari sau chiar si pranzul (17.00-18.30, respectiv 12.00-16.30) si bauturi (10.00-24.00); - Bar pe marginea plajei si aproape de Relax pool, unde servesc snack-uri (pizza, hot-dog, sandwich-uri calde cu branza sau pita umpluta) (10.00-15.00) - 2 restaurante a la carte, Ottoman si Italian. Se poate face rezervare la 5 zile, deci cam o data pe sejur. Personal, nu va recomad, cel putin cel Italian. Nu are nimic de a face cu un restaurant a la carte, iar mancarea nu are nimic deosebit. In restaurantul principal gasiti mancare mai buna. Cazare: am fost cazati in vila Diamond. Este de fapt un mini-hotel, cu camere dispuse in forma de potcoava si spatiu liber in centru. La primul etaj este o gradina cu plante din plastic, dar de efect. Exista un lift si scari de acces. In cladire e curat, cu granit si mocheta pe jos. Exista si WIFI, dar acoperirea e destul de slaba in camere. Camerele: Camera in care am fost cazati a fost mare, cu balcon. aceasta a dispus de mobilier din lemn (1 pat dublu si 1 simplu, 3 noptiere, 1 birou, 1 scaun, 1 bancheta), aC, tV LCD cu port USB, mini-frigider (cate 1 sticla de apa plata la 1,5 litri/zi este gratuita), fierbator. In dulapul de pe hol este seif, dar care poate fi utilizat doar contra-cost. Pe balcon este o masuta si 2 scaune, precum si un suport pentru lucruri marunte de pus la uscat. Vederea a fost partial spre mare. In camera exista 4 prize, exceptand-o pe cea pentru frigider, 1 priza pentru aparat de barbierit in baie. 1. hotelul nu este de 4 stele, doarece baile nu au aerisire si mirosea camera a WC aproape tot timpul. 2. la 4 stele baia are cada ceea ce nu a fost cazul 3. Camera mica cu vedere la ghena care nu se curata si mirosea. 4. Mancare condimentata aproape toata. 5. Vinuri de proasta calitate. 6. Locuri insuficiente la plaja, hotelul fiind prea mare pt nr de turisti. 7. aveai impresia la masa ca esti la o cantina ceausista, asa de aglomerat era. Prin urmare datorita nr mare de turisti si curatenia era pe masura, srvetele aruncate, mizerie pe jos, pahare varsate, etc. 8. Personalul era plictisit si nu intotdeauna amabil. Cat priveste englez lor, nu mai vorbesc.

Foarte aproape de mare..Grupul a fost constituit din 2 persoane cca.50 ani, copil 12 ani si 2 tineri cca. 23 ani - toti au gasit mancare, distractie ,bautura si confort dupa dorinte (bineinteles daca esti un om normal si ai asteptari rezonabile la pretul dat).Recomand calduros, dorim sa revenim.
