I've been to this hotel for 8 times since 2007 and I've known it in it's glory years. My children grew up spending one week of their summer holidays in this hotel and they really loved it. Now, when they grew up, still enjoy to come with us at Susesi. the pandemic afected the hotel, as on all of us, but we will always come bak to this hotel with maximum pleasure.

Camera mare, am avut pat pr copilul de 8 ani i patu pt cel de 3 ani. Ieire din balcon la o piscina, minibar care era aprovizionat zilnic.Loc de joaca pt copiii unde aveam i doua tobogane cu apa, personalul amabil ( cei care tiau engleza).Seara aveam spectacol , intr-o seara sa organizat pt copii o petrecere unde erau i personaje din desene animate. ,

Curaenia in camera se facea f tarziu sau deloc , unele mese erau rezervate in funcie de baciul lasat la ospatari .am incercat i renumita baie turceasca in afara hotelului unde nu tiam cum sa plecam mai repede, lipsa curaeniei, mirosul din baie, masajul de tot rasul.

La barul de la recepie se poate servi i alte sortimente de bere internaionala. Cu toate ca am mai fost in regim UaI, este primul hotel la care nu am vazut dozatoare pentru bauturi. totul era imbuteliat sau la cutie, majoritatea bauturilor erau internationale i nu locale. Serviciile sunt la inalime, aa ca recomand cu caldura un sejur in acest resort.

Cu toate ca hotelul a asigurat toate condiiile pe timpul pandemiei (mati, dezinfectani la toate intrarile, lifturi, marcaje etc) , unii turiti (apropo, majoritatea erau din spaiul ex-sovietic) nu respectau.

Everything is max,beautiful hotel ,food exellent,nice restaurants,lots of place to site along de swimingpools at evening are shows for every age,each evening something else!!

Hotelul este ok. amplasarea buna, serviciile bune, mancare diversificata, pentru toate gusturile.Plaja cu nisip fin, apa fara pietre , pontonul foarte ok, piscine multe.am avut rezervate 2 camere deluxe si ne au dat la schimb o suita junior royal( 165 m2,2 dormitoare si un living , plus terase f mari)deci despre camera nu pot comenta, insa am vazut cum arata si pot spune ca sunt ok.Legat de bauturi gasesti cam tot ce vrei la discretie.Raport calitate pret f ok.

Hotelul excelent cu servicii foarte bune

agentia de turism (Calipso in turcia si Prestige tours Romania ) execrabile. Deasemenea compania aviatica atlas Jet infecta. au intarziat 3 ore la dus si 10 ore la intors. au rrfuzat sa ne primeasca reclamatiile, ne-au obligat sa trecem de checkin cu 8 ore inainte ca sa nu mai avem undecreclana. Ne-au mintit ca discutan dupa ce trefen de pasapoarte si ei au fugit. Niste Mizerabili. au tinut oameni cu copii mici in aeroport 10 ore fara o sticla de apa.

family triplex is old fashion,made 10 years ago,need clear refurbished,poor cleaning services with 2 smelly old ladies who did not known how to do proper cleaning ,poor quality of furniture,stairs cranky,fire alarm defect and nule(zero) fire regulation,receptionists with poor english language, hotel not prepared for raining with lot of problems with roofs,not 5 stars!!
