Set in a green garden, this modern complex features apartments with balconies overlooking the outdoor pool area. It offers a private beach and boat tours on Akkaya Lake. Akkaya Valley Apartments are equipped with flat-screen TVs, DVD and CD players. They all include a well-equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, and classically decorated rooms with wrought-iron or wooden bed frames. Guests can relax on the sundeck around the pool, or enjoy a fishing or canoeing trip on the lake. Offering free public parking on site, Apartments Akkaya Valley are about 20 minutes’ drive from Dalaman Airport and a 30-minute drive from the beaches of Dalyan.

The apartment is on the first floor of a small hillside development and light, spacious and equipped with all modern appliances including satellite tv. There are two balconies overlooking the lake and mountains which are ideal for enjoying al fresco meals. There is a large shared swimming pool, children's pool, gym and sauna all set in lush gardens. Spend the day relaxing by the pool, visit the local beaches or if you feel more energetic book horse riding, fishing or take a boat trip on Akkaya lake and enjoy a prepared BBQ lunch. Hire a car and explore the region visiting Dalyan, Gocek Marina, Sarigerme Beach and the Turtle (Iztuzu) Beach or a little further afield spend a day in Fethiye or book a 12 Island tour. Dalaman is a bustling town with an excellent weekly market, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and banks etc. The nearby Akkaya Garden Restaurant is an excellent place to dine with delicious Turkish and European cuisine served in the unique 'tree top' tables.
