Belize Deluxe is a fabulous, luxurious complex located in a marina area of Kusadasi and in close proximity to Kusadasi Castle, Ladies Beach and Dilek Milli Parki. The complex consists of 5 blocks with a total of 75 apartments and the management can organize holiday rentals for owners who choose to rent their property for a small extra income. Accommodation facilities:
This is a large, 2-storey penthouse apartment on the fourth floor with a total area of 184 sqm, including living space and roof terrace. It is located in block C and is located in a quiet place, bypassed by the bar and pool area of the complex. Panoramic views from the apartment and the roof terrace see the countryside with olive trees and a little of the city and the sea.

At the entrance there is a large living room with huge windows that leave a lot of natural light, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. A blue wall is installed as a TV corner with built-in lights and has access to a fairly large balcony where you can put a table with chairs for outdoor table. Air conditioning can be installed easily.

Next to the living room there is a bathroom with washing table, toilet and shower with rain effect, all beautifully installed and very modern. There are 2 bedrooms, and the large bedroom has a private balcony. The second bedroom divides the balcony with the living room. These balconies have the same views as described above.

The upper level has a large room with space for 2 or 3 beds and various other furniture. This level has a private bathroom, also with shower with the effect of rain and toilet. There is access to the very large and beautiful roof terrace with safety rail, where you can enjoy outdoor life in Turkey. A barbecue, for example, can be easily installed here with a large table for at least 8 people.
