Meniul saracacios, nimic spectaculos culinar, curaenie ca la doua stele, care se facea dupa ora 15.00, bariera lingvistica (nu gaseti personal vorbitor de engleza), semnal internet slab, aglomeraie la piscine i restaurante, intrarea in mare plina de pietre.

the hotel did not meet our expectations. although we gave it a second chance after the 2020 refresh. two weeks before we arrived we requested that the rooms we book be close because we were traveling with our 4 year old grandson. and although the response from the hotel was positive, when we arrived it turned out that we would be accommodated in two separate wings of one of the blocks. after our repeated request for the proximity of the rooms, we were accommodated in two opposite rooms - one with a sea view and the other with a side sea view. We accepted the offer and settled in. It was stated, regardless, that in the concept of the hotel for the year 2023 it is written that the children's pools are heated until 31.05.2023. for dates 29, 30 and 31.05.2023. this was not the case. and despite the cold weather, the kiddie pools were cold. the hotel is mainly aimed at families with children, but definitely, apart from the children's pools and water entertainment, there are no other interesting entertainments for the children to play in the evening and in the morning and when the weather is not suitable for the beach. a simple wooden children's playground and a children's club with two tables, chairs and mostly old, broken toys. the cleaning of the rooms is good, but we had occasion to call the Reception to clean the room after we had set off a cleaning alarm. the cleaner simply opened the door and turned off the alarm without even looking at the towels lying on the floor in the bathroom. the biggest problem for us turned out to be the food - extremely tasteless, the cheapest and poor quality products are used. Poor assortment of fruits. there is a children's restaurant, the food served there is food from that for adults. the hotel definitely does not meet the conditions and quality of the price we paid. I do not recommend the hotel for people vacationing in turkey not for the first time.

Mancare slaba. Stai cu farfuria intinsa sa-ti puna papara sau ochiuri de oua. 6 feluri de mancare gatita . au in schimb prajituri i salate. Un singur fel de carne . Dezamagitor. Camerele 2 stele. Usile scartie vopsite si revopsite.cafeaua slaba de sucuri si bere nu mai vorbesc. E mai slab ca la Bulgari . Marea jegoasa .plaja ingusta . Piscine ok Dar nu mergi la mare sa faci baie in piscina Nu inteleg de ce nimeni nu a scris in comentarii cat de murdara este marea Nu am fi ales acest complex .Ori cum nici in jurul complexului nu era mai curata marea .

te plictisesti in resort intre orele 13-16;nu poti dormi asa de mult in camera;cafeaua slaba calitativ ca si bauturile alcoolice si nealcoolice;parca am fi la bulgari;plaja mica si plictisitoare;canale romanesti la tv lipseau(manele da);net doar la receptie si cu plata 2 euro pe zi pt celelalte zone care uneori nu functiona bine;plictisitor sa stai mai mult de 4,5 zile;noi dupa 2 zile deja ne plictisisem

Mobilier vechi, wi fi cu plata

Camera a fost mica,nu cea la care ne asteptam din poze. asta nu reprezinta pentru noi un minus insa fiind 3 persoane patul pentru copil a fost amplasat in singurul loc disponibil iar trecerea in balcon a fost mai grea.

Dificultate in a te intelege cu personalul, inclusiv cu cel de la receptie

Plaja la mare ingusta si cu alge...pietre 1m la intrare in mare...La restaurantul chinezesc nu e buna mancarea decat ceva cu pui

...

atitudinea unor angajati... nu multi dar suficienti sa-ti ceeze un diconfort.
