SUHAN CAPPADOCIA was opened in 2011 in the center of Avanos, Nevsehir, near the river Kızılırmak. The hotel aims to expand the concept of cultural tourism, which is the central point of synthesis of culture, history, holidays, entertainment, recreation, sports and corporate activities.

The hotel has 410 standard rooms (4 Handicapped Room) with max. 2 +1 guests. The square meter of the room varies between 25 m2 to 35 m2.
The rooms have 1 French bed or 2 twin beds. Single bed with bed base is offered as extra bed.
Superior Deluxe
The hotel has 12 Superior Deluxe rooms for maximum 2+1 guests. Superior Deluxe Rooms are ideal for 2 adults with 1 child.  With a garden view, Superior Deluxe rooms are 35 m2, L Shape.
Junior Suite
The hotel has 8 Junior Suite rooms with max. 2+1 guests. Junior Suites are ideal for 2 adults with 1 child. With a view on the city, Junior Suites are 45 m2.
Suite
Our suites can accommodate 2 adults, 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children. 60 m2 rooms are divided into pool view, river view and city view categories.   The hotel has 4 Suite rooms with max. 2+2 guests.

Located at the entrance and mezzanine, serving to our guests 24 hours,  bar with alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic drinks,Pastry shop, fresh pastry fridge, wine stands and big screen LDC Tv. Some periods, live music performed by a pianist is available.

Our Spa facility includes, Interior pool, Fitness, 2 traditional Turkish bath, pool view sauna, finnish bath, snow fountain and 6 different concept massage rooms. Exterior pool is free of charge and open between 10:00 – 19:00 hours during summertime; SPA facility services and interior pool is extra charged for guests. Hairdresser service is available between 16:00 – 22:00 and working in an appointement system.
Fitness
We recommend our Fitness center for our guests who want to keep fit. Our fitness center located in the spa area and open all day.
