Hotelul este foarte curat si intretinut ( zilnic se face curatenie in camera) , mancarea super si variata , bauturile sunt decente ( bere la sticla , cateva bauturi spirtoase de import ) , personalul chiar daca nu stie mai deloc engleza , ajuta in cazul unei nelamuriri.

Singurul minus este piscina , fiind muuult prea mica pentru capacitatea hotelului , am fost nevoit sa ma trezesc dimineata la 6:30-07:00 ca sa pot prinde loc , altfel riscai sa nu mai gasesti din cauza celor care se trezesc chiar si la 5 dimineata si rezerva in masa , sezlonguri. Piscina da impresia de strand ,find foarte aglomerata , nu ai loc sa respiri la plaja practic.

Resort ingrijit, curat, facilitati pentru toate tipurile de turisti. Mancarea gatita bine, cam aceeasi in fiecare zi, grill-ul un mare plus, bauturile de calitate.

Evident lipsa plajei direct din resort, iar aceea pe care o au este amplasata izolat langa colibe pescaresti foarte urate, caini. apa este foarte departe de sezlonguri. Staff ul este orientat doar spre rusi, nu zambeste niciodata.

am fost a 3 a oara la aceasta locatie.atitudinea personalului face diferenta fata de alte resorturi:treaba foarte bine facuta indiferent de functie,amabilitate deosebita, discretie,fete zambitoare.O politica bine pusa la punct astfel in punctele unde erau mai multi clienti urgent aparea si personalul suplimentar mai ales sefii care suplineau orice fel de munca unde situatia concreta o cerea.In mod special felicitari pt asst Food@ Beverage Manager KIVaNC OZDOBaG care era omniprezent si fie conducea clientii plin de curtoazie la mesele potrivite, fie debarasa mese, fie dadea ordine personalului unde era nevoie de ei.

Nu tine de hotel , statiune , sau orice altceva ,dar prezenta masiva a clientilor rusi cu felul lor de manifestare era usor deranjanta

Ne-am intors de 2 zile din vacanta si de atunci sunt in spital cu bebelusul. are rotavirus si boala gura,mana, picior virusi care au fost prezenti in resort acestia avand incubatie de 3,4 zile. am vazut f multi copii acolo care vomitau. Desi hotelul arata foarte bine si pare curat la prima vedere, " pe afara e vopsit gardul si ...." Un concediu ratat, jumatate din vacanta acolo m-am chinut sa stabilizez copilul cu febra, varsaturi, diaree. Iar medicii de acolo i-au pus diagnostic de faringita.

Nu avem ce sa reprosam. Camerele impecabile, curate, dotate cu tot ce ai nevoie si minibar gratuit. Piscinele curate si mari, adancime 1,40 la toate, toboganele variate si pe marimi de la 2 ani in sus. Mersul la mare o placere, te plimbi cu barca, ai mancare si bautura direct pe plaja, nu este nevoie sa te intorci la hotel pt pranz. Partea cu mancarea ireprosabila, poti sa ai ce pretentii vrei ca o sa gasesti, noi am mai stat la belek beach resort si am zis ca mai bime nu se poate, dar aici a fost peste. La partea de animatie la fel, tot felul de activitati, in fiecare zi, concert etc. Concluzie: vrei sa te relaxezi, sa te simti bine, burta plina, aici e de tine. Sunt multe de spus dar sunt pe tel si nu mai am timp. NOta 10

Daca vrei sa fi carcotas poti sa spui ca intre 19:00 si 21:00 nu ai ce cauta afara ca te alegi cu cateva muscaturi de tantati. atat pot spune de rau, dar sa se tina cont ca in acela interval mai mult ca sigur faci dus si mergi la masa.

Hotelul este destul de aproape de aeroport , camerele sunt destul de spatioase , personal destul de amabil , la plaja se ajunge cu barca dar este placuta micuta calatorie , mancarea destul de variata si f gustoasa ! Un sejur reusit !

Piscina perfecta, camerele mari si frumoase, curatenie, activitati atat pt copii cat si pt adulti.

La plaja se poate ajunge doar cu barca si ultima barca este la ora 20:00. Mancarea nu a fost pe gustul nosstru, si au disparut bani din camera. Deci nu lasati bani la vedere ca cica ei cred ca e bacsis.
