Details of the Bungalow
This bungalow is built on 2 acres ( 8000 m2) of land. The actual interior space is 200 m2 in the main building, plus an additional 60 m2 of space for the basement guest house.
There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms in each, a round-shaped, high-roof living room with a big fireplace, an open plan kitchen, a dining area by the terrace doors where you can access to the terrace, walk down the stairs and get to the pool and sun-bathing area, as well as, the garden. The main bedroom also has a fireplace.
The guest house by the pool side is basically a studio flat. There is a living room/bed room with bathroom and a small kitchen area.
Fully furnished with top of the range furniture, tasty ornaments and accessories, and a few custom-made wood-work.
The private garden has various trees and plants, which adds to the villa's privacy.
From the poolside there are grand views of the Lake and breath-taking views of nature and forest.
