Luxury private villa (bungalow style), located in the Secret Valley in Akkaya, Dalaman. Built in the heart of the nature, surrounded by pine, orange and olive trees, with breath taking views of the forest and Akkaya lake.

This villa is built on 4 acres (16.000 m2) of land.
Actual living space in the bungalow is 250 m2. The terrace and the pool area, and the gazebo, where you can relax and watch the superb views of Akkaya Valley, are a total of 450 m2.
As you walk in from the main entrance of the bungalow, there is a separate kitchen on the right and a small wc on the left. The spacious living room has the dining area and two different sets of seating furniture. With lots of windows and terrace doors surrounding this part of the property there will be no lack of sunshine, during the day. For cooler nights there is also a fireplace built in the living room. One can access to the terrace, the pool area and to the outside BBQ from the double glazed terrace doors.Living room has access to three double bedrooms; all have en-suite bathrooms. All the rooms have built in wardrobes. Sleeps 6 people.
If you like travelling the area, the neighbouring towns of Dalyan, Gocek, and Koycegiz are only 20 minutes of drive away, Fethiye and Marmaris are only 1 hour drive away, with their world famous beaches, as well as, the shops, the restaurants and activities.

The lounge area is about 100 m2. Consists of two seating groups on the each side of the lounge. One is facing the fireplace and the windows at the back, the other one is facing the patio doors leading to the swimming pool area. There is a dining area in the lounge, as well. Many windows and patio doors provide all day sunlight. All the furniture is custom-made. TV, DVD Player, sattelite, and stereo system are provided. Two air-conditioning systems and two ceiling fans for extra comfort
