Ağva is a Black Sea coast, located between two rivers, Göksu Yeşilçay the west and east. In fact, Ağva name means "between the rivers." Yeşilçay is known as the main source of water in İstanbul urban system.
Distance to Istanbul is 97 km (60 km) and Sile 38 km.
The picturesque landscape, Ağva is one of the most popular resorts in Istanbul. In addition to the 2.5 km (1.6 miles) from the beach, there are many guesthouses and restaurants. Göksu River is well known for boat trips.
