Isparta is a city in western Turkey. It is known as the "City of Roses".
Isparta is largely modern architecture, but interesting old buildings are available for special sale of mosques.
The population of the city was approx. 222.556 and the altitude is 1035 m. Antalya is 130 km south and Eskişehir is 350 km north.
The province is well known for singles, cherries, fights, roses and rose and carpet products. The best land can be fertile in the area called Uluborlu.
There are beautiful lakes with peaceful waters, many impressive aspects in the province and plateaus elsewhere, taking care of around 45% of Isparta, making it one of the most beautiful cities in the Mediterranean region.
