Torba is a seaside village near Bodrum in Mugla Province, Turkey.
Torba is the most luxurious and quiet suburb of Bodrum, located 6 km northeast of it. The hills are covered with orchards and olive groves. The shore is surrounded by small bays, where modern hotels and clubs are located, with sandy and gravel beaches.
The beach has sunbeds and along it are numerous restaurants, as well as the ruins of an ancient Byzantine monastery.
There are restaurants specializing in fresh seafood, lamb kebab and Turkish tapas.
Despite recent developments, the village has maintained a relaxed rural atmosphere.
Among the fish in the Gulf of Torba are sea bass and sea bass. Other marine life includes sea turtles, dolphins or seals.
