Impression about the travel agent (Madalina): Un pic mai multa implicare si găsirea informațiilor necesare unui sejur pentru pachetul vandut.Ex.am intrebat daca hotelul oferă si mancare pentru celiaca, si am primit un răspuns scurt nu.Binenteles ca am contactat hotelul direct si ne au răspuns ca au si astfel de mancare si nu se pune problema.
