am primit mail cu instrucțiuni de vacanță in weekend, cand mi s-a spus ca voucher ul trebuie tipărit in 2 exemplare,xerox urile din oraș fiind toate inchise,deși cu o săptămană inainte am intrebat dacă totul este ok.

am fost dezamagita de servicille agentiei pt ca am aflat in excursie ca plata facuta pt turkish night nu a fost aplicata/transmisa mai departe la Christian tour. Din aceasta cauza a trebuit sa platesc la ghid in excursie si sa trimit screenshots (dovezi) la Christian tour si emailuri la Direct booking.
