Iulie 2024. am gasit un resort foarte curat, angajatii foarte politicosi, mancare si bauturi diversificate, divertisment pt toate varstele in fiecare seara, piscine , tobogane, destule sezlonguri peste tot. Ne-a placut atat de mult incat luam in considerare sa mergem dinou anul viitor.

Plaja cu pietre iar apa se adanceste repede. Nu este un impediment atat de mare! Celelalte aspecte pozitive te fac sa teeci peste asta!

Servicii de nota 10 cu o organizare perfecta. Desi e un hotel foarte mare, promptitudinea si calitatea serviciilor sunt remarcabile. Nu se asteapta pentru niciun serviciu, sunt foarte atenti la fiecare turist, sa nu ii lipseasca nimic. animatia este perfecta, toata ziua distractie si spectacolele de seara sunt calitative. Mancare...nu poti sa iti doresti mai mult, calitativa si proaspata, e si special facuta pentru copii, au spatiul lor de joaca si la restaurant. Sunt remarcabili in tot, sigur revenim. Felicitari tuturor pentru ca realizeaza o vacanta de vis la acest hotel.

totul este curat, iar ingrijitorii lucreaza permanent pentru meninerea curaeniei. efii acestora vegheaza ca acetia sa ii faca treaba cum se cuvine. Mancarea diversificata i de buna calitate. Ospatarii foarte ateni, te servesc rapid cu produsele dorite. Poate fac un pic de exces la ridicarea veselei de pe mese. Daca te ridici sa te duci sa ii mai iei ceva de mancare la intoarcere nu mai gaseti farfuria pe masa. Poate ar trebui un pic diverisificat programul de divertisment. in rest, numai de bine.

Comentariul meu nu este chiar negativ. anul trecut, cand mergeam dimineaa la plaja, aveam cafele i ceaiuri la dispoziie. acum trebuie sa atepi ora 7, pana se deschide o toneta la piscina,de unde ii poi procura aceste bauturi.

Camere curate, curatenie zilnic, restaurant principal foarte spatiios, servicii extraordinare, personal foarte amabil.

Hotelul are 2 piscine principale. Una super aglomerata iar una (silent pool) unde accesul copiilor sub 15 ani era strict interzis, ocupata 3% de 7-8 familii de nemti trecuti de 70 ani! Bauturile de import slab calitative se gaseau doar in lobby. Politica hotelului de a satisface pretentiile familiilor cu copii si in acelasi timp persoanelor in varsta, putin falimentara.

Mancarea, foarte diversificata si ultra suficienta. Multe carne de miel, oaie, vita, pui si peste iar spre surprinderea mea zilnic gaseai toate tipurile, ceea ce la alte hoteluri nu exista asa ceva. Multe fructe, bauturi racoritoare si bere efes foarte bune. Curatenie zilnic, schimbat prosoape si lenjerie la fel, frigderul umplut zilnic.

Bautura in nici un caz de UaI, cateva bauturi internationale restul din tara gazda, de foarte proasta calitate, cafea turceasca intr-un singur loc unde stai la coada, aici nimeni nu vorbea engleza, cereai cu zahar si mare si iti dadea altceva. Gongi in camere, fara glume fiind singurul hotel de 5* in care am vazut asa ceva. am aratat conducerii si se mirau dar situatia nu era singulara. Pretul putin exagerat pentru serviciile avute. Personalul, in special cel care serveste foarte neatent in general se faceau ca nu te vad, fara a tine cont de natie, nici pe clienti turci se faceau ca nu-i vad. Camerele mult mai mici in comparatie cu alte hoteluri

Nu am decat cuvinte de lauda. Servicii impecabile, mancare foarte diversificata, piscinele si marea super ok, baruri multe, bautura si mancare la discreie i la orice ora din zi si din noapte. Minibarul alimentat zilnic cu doua beri Efes, doua ape minerale la 0.2 si doua plata la 0.5, un suc gen fanta, doua pepsi, o doza pepsi light, stixuri si o napolitana. Initial am avut doua halate si doua perechi de papuci insa a doua zi cand camerista a vazut ca suntem 3 aduli a mai adus un set. Exista pana si periuta si pasta de dini. au nite autocare care te duc daca iti doreti dupa un program bine stabilit i cu programare cu o zi inainte, in alanya, Side si Manavgat dar daca nu vrei nu ai nevoie sa pleci din resort. Noi am fost in alanya. Michael, tipul de la entertainment se straduiete sa faca lumea sa se distreze. toi angajaii fac tot posibilul sa-i ofere un concediu de vis. Numai un carcota ar putea spune ceva de rau. am prins si noi seara lor de gala. Cel in care spunea cineva ca sar efii imbracai in apa. a fost o gala foarte frumoasa cu bauturi tort facut special pentru gala, spectacol foarte frumos si foc de artificii. Despre mancare aceasta este pe toate gusturile. Este imposibil sa nu gaseti ceva de mancare. Si ma intreb ce mananca de obicei oamenii aia acasa, care zic ca nu au avut ce manca. Marea (akdeniz). Este intr-adevar cu pietre si in apa si pe plaja dar se rezolva cu cipici speciali de apa si nu ai nici o treaba. Este adanca de la 2 metri de mal, insa marea este aa de sarata ca nu te duci la fund. Copilul meu de 10 ani a inotat si a sarit in apa de pe ponton de ne era greu sa-l mai scoatem. Erau si valuri iar culoarea era bleau. Una peste alta a fost o vacana de vis. Dar nu pentru carcota .

Hotelul este grozav! Extrem de frumos si luxuriant. Foarte bine dotat si mobilat. amenajat foarte frumos cu o atmosfera placuta. Foarte curat. apa marii este superba, o culoare turcuoaz splendida. Este destul de adanca si plaja este cu pietre dar pentru asta exista pontonul. Personalul este amabil si mereu la serviciul tau. Mancarea este foarte buna, proaspata. Serviciile oferite de hotel sunt de foarte buna calitate.

Singurul lucru care este intr-o oarecare masura negativ este faptul ca personalul vorbete predominant germana. Personalul vorbete si engleza, chiar si romana. Cu toate astea personalul este foarte respectuos cu toata lumea si nu fac diferene. turitii sunt cei care te pot deranja intr-un fel sau altul din cauza naturii lor de a fi. Dar acest dezavantaj este copleit de restul lucrurilor minunate de acolo. acest inconvenient nu ne-a deranjat extraordinar de tare, am pomenit de el doar pentru ca s-ar putea sa existe persoane care ar fi deranjate destul de rau de acesta si ar fi bine daca hotelul ar imbunatai puin acest lucru.

Hotel foarte bun, cu servicii excelente, camere bune, gradina frumoasa, bucatarie excelenta. Spectacole seara, unele slabe, altele foarte bune. Marea superba, cu apa turcoaz. Cel mai bun hotel la care am fost in turcia , in zona alanya.

apa din piscine contine foarte mult clor, dar acest lucru cred ca este valabil pentru toate hotelurile. Parca toata animatia era facuta pentru rusi, chiar daca germanii erau aproape la egalitate cu rusii. Rusii din resort foarte civilizati, as spune mai civilizati decat unii romani.

a fost pentru prima data sejurul la acest resort si pot spune ca a fost unul deosebit si foarte relaxant. Personal atent, ingrijit, care iti oferta toate informatiile de care ai nevoie. Curatenie si camere mari, aer conditionat adecvat. Mancare diversificata pe toate gusturile de la ora 7,00 pana seara cca ora 12,00. Ma voi intoarce cu placere la acest resort. Piscine suficienta, cine doreste sa faca baie in mare - la fel de bine. Nu prea e nisip dare sunt amenajate sezlonguri si alei din lemn pentru a facilita plimbarea catre mare.

La capitolul divertisment - nu prea. DFe fapt mai mult divertismentul era orientat catre turistii rusi(ponderea lor era de cca 40% -se intelege) si turci(erau suficienti si ei).

totul a fost foarte frumos,de la zbor,transfer,cazare! O vacanta reusita intr-o locatie de vis,servicii de calitate,angajati foarte amabili,unii chiar intelegeau si vorbeau putin romaneste.topoganele au fost atractia zilei si Luna Parc atractia serii.In ceea ce priveste meniul, acesta a fost proaspat si bogat in fiecare zi ,cu multe variante de supa,fel principal,deserturi.In camera, minibarul se alimenta in fiecare zi,se facea curatenie,se schimbau prosoapele. Hotelul e recent renovat si arata foarte bine. Camera repartizata a fost spatioasa, cu un pat dublu si unul simplu, si pentru ca am specificat ca venim cu un copil mic ne-au asteptat cu un patut in camera. Curatenie zilnica, fara repros. a fost a doua oara ca am venit aici si am fost foarte multumiti si de aceasta data.

Statiunea e destul de departe de aeroportul din antalya, asa ca faci aproape doua ore pe drum cu transferul, asta inseamna ca daca ai avion inapoi inainte de masa trebuie sa fii in autocar inainte de ora 6 dimineata. Plus timpul pierdut in aeroport dus-intors, zilele de sosire/plecare sunt anulate.
