am ajuns bine, echipa KaRRPatEN ne a asteptat, au fost foarte prompti, totul a mers rapid si perfect. Cand am ajuns totul a fost super OK, personal nota 10, cazarea la fel, mancare fff multa , nici nu stii ce sa alegi. Baruri, restaurante multe in Resort, nici nu am ajuns la toate. Baruri pe plaja mai multe, sezlonguri multe. VaCaNta REUSIta !!! MULtUMIM....

Prima zi am avut probleme cu curatenia in camera, dar dupa ce am facut reclamatie, totul a fost OK. Shoppingul unde ne a dus/trimis echipa Krapaten a fost o dezamagire totala, am ajuns la un magazin cu marfa de calitate 0,cu preturi exagerate, pacat de timpul pierdut.

Hotel categoria 3 *** platit ca fiind de 4***,,Mobilier Vechi, scurgerea chiuvetei sparta,iti venea apa la picioare cand te spalai pe dinti,la fel si la dus(iesea apa din dus afara pe langa peretele de sticla,WC inchesuit in baie,abia stateai pe toaleta,locul stramt.aerul conditionat amplasat deasupra patului iti batea direct in cap noaptea.camera f canduroasa cu 2 randuri de geamuri protejate cu draperii asejata exact pe colt foarte mult zgomot de la scena de spectacol,camera avand 2 geamuri unul batea exact spre scena unde erau niste boxe imense si de dimineata pana seara canta muzica asurzitor.Curatenia aceptabila dar tota lumea asteapta bacsis ca sa-si faca treaba.Prosoape schimbate zilnic iar lenjeria la 2 zile.Locuri la seslonguri trebuiau ocupate dis de dimineata, adica se trezea sotul la 5.30 ca sa mearga sa prinda seslong pe plaja.Seslongurile ingramadite de te atingeai de veciinul de langa tine.nu exista bar pe plaja decat niste vitrine frigorifice cu apa si airan si pentru bauturi alcoolice sau sucuri mergeai la bar.mancare multa dar mai bine te limitezi si manaci ce cunosti(cel puti eu asa am facut) Plimbarea cu corabia o amintire frumoasa si pret de bun simt pentru calatorie.in bazarul de langa resort preturi negociabile si calitate slaba. in incinta preturi mari.apa la piscina f.calda,mai bine faceti baie in mare care este foarte curata ,calda si foate sarata.Este minunata! agentia preturi mari pentru ce ofera,nu recomand .alte agenti au preturi mult mai mici pentru aceeasi destinatie.Ni s-au schimat o data data de plecare si de 3 ori orele de zbor ale avionului motivand ca nu e vina lor ci a transportatorului.Drumul pana la hotel l-am facut cu un microbuz care mai avea putin si se dezmembra,cu o vaga urma de ventilatie pe o caldura de 40 grade,pe cad alte agentii aveau microbuze noi cu aC. aceste venind in acelasi timp cu noi in acelasi hotel. Deci in concluzie dezamagitor!

Excelent, recomand din suflet, nu simiti nicio diferenta fata de Resort. am avut o mics problema cu curatenie, ne facand in 2 zile doar in camera noastra, ina prietenilor da, dar sesizand s-a rezolvat in 5 minute. Mancarea foarte multa si foarte buna, piscinile erau curatate, totul se rezolva foarte repede, conditii foarte buna in blocul C, recomand din suflet. In spatele resortului exista un bazar unde totul se negociaza (pana si la farmacie)

Incep cu camera , care a fost destul de ok ca spatiu, mobilier cam vechi si fara mocheta pe jos, dar in schimb se facea curatenie in camera si se schimbau prosoapele zilnic. Mancarea este de nota 10, foarte diversificata, pe gustul tuturor. Bauturile atat cele alcoolice cat si racoritoarele de buna calitate, Plaja ok cu nisip fin, intrare lina in apa. tobogane si aqua park atat pt adulti cat si pemntru copii, inghetata la discretie, cofetarie, "camera fructelor", o alta incapere destinata sucurilor naturale in care puteai merge pe parcursul zilei sa-ti storci personal cateva portocale pt un fresh. Per ansamblu ceea ce am primit este peste pretul platit. Pentru carcotasi exista si cateva mici neajunsuri despre care nu vreau sa vorbesc pentru ca pe noi nu ne-au afectat (zona plina de rusi care sunt cateodata putin galagiosi, statiunea turkler in care nu prea ai ce face, plaja ingusta cu putine sezlonguri, faptul ca seara la cina gaseai foarte greu mese libere si trebuia sa astepti sa se elibereze...etc ) anul acesta am fost pentru a 11-a oara in turcia, iar acest hotel se situeaza in top 3 preferinte. Noua ne-a placut (per ansamblu) !

Ce m-a deranjat cel mai tare a fost faptul ca la plaja trebuia sa mergi de la ora 6-7 dimineata pentru a putea "rezerva" sezlongurile cu prosopul sau diverse obiecte personale, inacceptabil ! Cu toate ca regulamentul hotelului prevedea in mod expres ca pana la ora 8:00 sezlongurile nu pot fi ocupate... Pana la urma am plecat in concediu pentru relaxare si nu pentru a ma trezi la ora 6 dimineata ca sa "rezerv" sezlong..

Hotel pro-rus, destul de greu sa ne intelegem in engleza. Camera mea era ultima cand se facea curatenie. Mancarea sub asteptari. Foarte departe de aeroport (mai mult de 2 ore petrecute in autocar).

Numar mare de angajati, majoritatea bine pregatiti, multe locuri de divertisment, baruri, piscine. Bauturile bune spre foarte bune. La fel mancarea.

Femeile de la curatenie cam incete, sa nu spun altfel. In a treia zi am scos gunoiul in fata usii si s-au simtit sa vina sa alimenteze minibarul, sa schimbe prosoapele, sa ne lase hartie igienica, sampon si ce mai consumasem intre timp. Din a patra zi s-au comportat ok.

Resort/Hotel cu cele mai bune servicii pe care le-am vazut pana acum, din toate vacantele petrecute in diferite tari. De la receptie si pana la femeia de serviciu, tot personalul a fost ok. Vestitul bacsis, tips, etc. l-am dat daca am vrut si cu placere. Nimeni nu m-a agasat, nu a sarit/stat langa mine solicitandu-l.In mod special. am fost uimit de organizarea si rapiditatea angajatilor din restaurantul principal. angajati tineri, rapizi, atenti la fiecare amanunt. Intotdeauna am gasit masa/mese libere. Felicitari administratiei pentru modul de organizare si gestionare al Resortului.

Mobilier vechi ca si interiorul camerei, dar curat. Daca eram mai ponderal nu puteam intra in cabina de de dus. Usile se deschideau la maxim, lasand o intrare foarte mica.

Este un resort foarte potrivit pentru copii, mai ales cei care nu mananca la ore fixe. Mancare a fost din belsug pt toate gusturile la orice ora, piscine destule, aqua park ne-a placut foarte tare, copiii nu au avut timp sa se plictiseasca. a fost o vacanta extrem de reusita! Marea cu apa calda si curata, plaja cu nisip fin si atentia acordata curateniei, gradinile bine ingrijite cu flori care dadeau culoare si ofereau incantare privirii, personal amabil si care permanent era discret alaturi de tine si nu in ultimul rand mancarea diversificata si foarte bine pregatita sunt argumente care te determina sa revii cu placere!

Personalul auxiliar foarte prietenos chiar daca nu tiu engleza, aerul condiionat chiar a facut diferena, toboganele cu apa sursa principala de distracie pentru copii

Mancarea lasa de dorit .. desii este un bufet foarte mare nu prea ai ce alege

Hotel peste asteptari,am avut inclus 15 min de masaj pt fiecare,mancare,apa ayran,bauturi,non stop.Inghetata,fructe ,dulciuri din abundenta. Piscine suficiente apa foarte calda,aqua parc super si pt adulti si pt copii. Activitati zilnice,camere frumoase,gradina superba si foarte ingrijita cu portocali,bananieri,palmieri,smochini,lamai,rodii,mandarini,ficus etc.Plaja cu nisip fin si intrare lina in apa,fara valuti,apa marii foarte calda,am.facut baie si noaptea in mare. Intr-un cuvant exceptional.

Singurul minus ca nu iti schimba prosoapele de plaja ude cu altele. Le iei dimineata si le predai seara si iti da card. Dar noi mai faceam si seara baie inare... Si faptul ca in camera s-a facut curat s-a schimbat lenjeria la pat dar prosoapele le-a schimbat o singura data si a doua oara cand m-am dus cu ele personal.in brate sa mi le schimbe. In rest ,nu le-a schimbat zilnic cum trebuia. Si in ulltima zi ne-a pus in camera fierbator si pliculete cu ceai.

aa cum ne-au obinuit, turcii mereu sunt cei mai buni la capitolul ospitalitate i turism. Dei a fost pentru prima data cand am mers la 4**** (Lonicera World) exceptand condiiile de cazare (camera si baia mai mici), nu am simit nicio clipa ca nu am fost la 5****. Plaja super cum rar exista in turcia (nisip fin, intrare lina), condiii excelente de curaenie, mancare, complexul Lonicera imens cu foarte multe atracii... recomand i oricand am reveni cu incredere.

Internetul este 0. Wifi inexistent

Nu este prima data cand ne petrecem vacanta la acest hotel/resort i nu a dezamagit nici de data aceasta. Personalul foarte ok, curaenie, mancare buna i diversificata, la fel i bauturile. Baruri suficient de multe, amplasate in aa fel incat sa ai acces uor i rapid la ele cam in orice zona a resortului i totodata chiar i unele cu program prelungit. Spectacole i activitai zilnice gandite sa nu te plictiseti. Zona de distracii ( mainue, biliard, cinema 9D etc.)

E un resort foarte mare, cu foarte multe locuri de cazare, insa daca nu te trezeti la prima ora a dimineii, ansele sa mai prinzi un ezlong pe plaja sau la una din multele piscine, sunt cam zero.
