Hotelul este unul foarte frumos, aproape de plaj avand acel tunel ce face legtura direct. Cele 3 piscine sunt foarte faine, mancarea este buna.

Nu este nici pe departe un hotel de 5 stele, poate cu indulgenta de 3 as zice (zice asta o persoana care a tot fost prin hoteluri in vacante). Curenia in camere nu este deloc wow, fiind fcut doar aa la suprafa. Mancarea nu este foarte diversificat avand in vedere capacitatea mare de oameni a hotelului. Plaja este plin de pietre, la malul mrii este o poriune mare de pietre prin care trebuie s calci dac vrei s mergi mai in larg (este extrem de dureros i deranjant). Nu mai spun ca internetul trebuie pltit 2/zi de persoana, ceea ce mi se pare o idioenie, avand in vedere ca nici mcar nu merge s plteti cu cardul, ci doar cash. Nu au cas de schimb/ bancomat la hotel, ci la vreo 15 minute de mers pe jos.

Internetul se pltete cu 2 Euro pe zi. Mancarea este cam asemntoare in fiecare zi. Buturile alcoolice foarte rele fcute s nu poi s le bei.

SUN HEAVEN FAMILY & SPA is a 5-star hotel located in the Payallar-Konaklı area, approximately 12-14 km west of the center of Alanya, on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey.
The hotel enjoys a privileged position by the sea with direct access to a private sand and pebble beach (underpass across the road), ideal for a relaxing holiday on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, 50 km from Gazipasa Airport and 110 km from Antalya Airport.

General facilities

The hotel, built on an area of 22,000 m² with generous green areas, operates in an ultra all-inclusive regime and is oriented towards families.
It offers multiple outdoor pools (including with slides and for children), indoor pool, spa with sauna and massage (some services for a fee), fitness center, daily entertainment, mini club, evening entertainment programs, sports fields, various bars and restaurants, as well as a private beach with free sunbeds
