Exteriorul este totul la superlativ! Mancare f buna, plaja superba, ponton, piscine,

Camerele sunt vechi si trebuie renovate. La noi in camera mirosea a mucegai. Am dat jos grila de la aerul conditionat si am spalat-o (era plina de mucegai). Bineinteles ca si filtrele ar trebui curatate. Camerele nu arata ca ara avea 5 stele!

Hotelul are un domeniu foarte frumos amenajat. M-am simit ca intr-o gradina botanic. Mancarea a fost foarte gustoas, noi am fost cu bieelul nostru de 1 an i din atatea feluri de mancare am gsit i pe placul lui. Presupun ca din toate camerele se vede mai mult sau mai puin marea ceea ce pe mine m-a bucurat.

Pentru cei pretenioi hotelul nu arata neparat ca unul de lux sau de 5*. Pentru mine nu a fost deranjant. Camera a fost confortabila.

totul a fost peste asteptari. Marea se afla foarte aproape de hotel unde am gasit o plaja frumoasa, curata cu nisip fin si intrare lina in apa. Mancarea este multa si diversificata, pentru toate gusturile. Exista 2 baruri pe plaja si multe baruri pe intregul resort si inclusiv se gaseste de mancare si noaptea + un lobby bar care este deschis non-stop. Curatenie atat in camera cat si in tot hotelul. Personalul a fost foarte amabil si saritor. Exista si tobogane unde exista bar cu gustari. Multe activitati pentru toate varstele. Per ansamblu foarte multumit de tot si de revenit.

Gradini foarte bine intretinute, plaja foarte buna.

Hotel foarte aglomerat, nu gaseai loc la piscina doar daca "rezervai" sezlongul dimineata devreme, lasand clasicul prosop. Lipsa unui snack bar pe plaja. Cina se poate servi pana la ora 21:00, ar putea extinde pana la ora 21:30, cum au majoritatea resorturilor. La ora 20:00 era imposibil sa gasesti o masa disponibila. Se fumeaza peste tot, nu sunt delimitate zonele pentru fumatori/non-smoking. Curatenia in camere lasa de dorit.

Un complex turistic amplu cu mult spaiu de plaja, atat la piscin cat i la mare. aquaparcul are program destul de bun. Meniul este variat i mancarea este proaspt, variat i foarte gustoas. Bauturile sunt variate i de calitate. tot personalul a fost excepional, foarte prompt i prietenos.

toate piscinele nu au fost curate ci doar apa a fost inlocuit i tratat. Gresia in jurul piscinelor e foarte alunecoas cu mare pericol de accidente. Mobilierul este destul de vechi.

Very big neach and it is very nice preserved. You will always find a spot, so please do not be rude and "reserve" your seat. Food is good, tasty, but it could be more diverse Main bar is great and has a good variety of cocktails and other drinks aqua park is big, has slides for kids and for adults Nice updated rooms with good sea view Personnel is friendly Late breakfast, until 11am like it should be when you are on vacation :)

Hotelul f curat, zilnic - curatenie in camere, aranjat lenjerie pat, schimbat prosoape, reumplere mini bar. Personal amabil, mereu zambind. Plaja superba, lata, intrare lina in apa, nisip fin, fara pietricele si scoici, apa curata si caaalda, am prins si valuri, micute-medii, super! Petrecerea de pe plaja, mai exact pe pontonul hotelului: senzatie, wow!!! Peisaje superbe, liniste, nu e aglomeratie.

Sala de fitness nu are toaleta, trebuie sa iesi afara, sa strabati toata zona de piscina exterioara cu sezlonguri, pentru a ajunge la toaleta de la barul de langa piscina. Piscina interioara, care ar fi putut fi folosita cand era arsita afara, intre orele 12-16, si care era conectata cu sala de fitness, nu era functionala, nici macar nu avea apa in ea.

Un hotel/ resort de nota +10 , cu foarte multe activitai, piscine curate, cu apa calda, pe o plaja cu un nisip fin..mancarea buna, diversificata, inclusiv piureuri pt bebelui se gasea. Curaenia in camere se facea zilnic, iar minibarul se umplea zilnic, daca era golit( 2 beri mici Efes, 2 cloaca, 2 fanta- doze, 2 sucuri cu pai, 2 ape plata 2 ape minerale). am fost un grup de 12 persoane ( aduli i copii) i ne- am simit minunat!!! transferul de la aeroport ( cca 1 ora)tur/ retur s- a realizat foarte bine- ghizii au fost prompi, i au explicat tot ce era nevoie de tiut!

Hotelul este frumos, curat. Dispune de gradini cu vegetatie superba, f bine organizat si intretinut. are un aqua park mare, cu multe tobogane, unde nu te plictisesti nici ca adult. Mancarea este calitativa si destul de diversificata (exista anumite preparate care se repeta, dar este normal, mai ales in cazul micului dejun sau a garniturilor principale). Plaja cu nisip fin, sezlonguri multe si ponton cu bar, unde poti face plaja. De pe ponton poti sa sari in mare, foarte distractiv pt adulti si copiii un pic mai mari (exista salvamar prezent). Complex hotelier foarte bine organizat, pe care il pastram pe lista optiunilor viitoare.

Camerele f curate, dar mici, cu mobilier vechi. Sunt cam de 3 stele. Noi am stat in camera standard cu un pat dublu si un pat single. atentie cand sunteti cazati: cladirea nr 2 are camerele de pe partea stanga imediat langa zona de aprovizionare a restaurantului, asa ca de la 4 dimineata pana seara ai parte de zgomot: incarcari descarcari de marfa, masina de gunoi...etc. In plus, afara urla incontinuu cooler ele sau hotele de la bucatarie, nu exista liniste in nici un moment al zilei, nu poti sta cu geamul deschis. Noi am nimerit intr o perioada f calda in care am stat doar cu ac ul pornit si usa inchisa la balcon, dar zgomotul este o problema reala, deranjanta.

totul excelent...camera, mancarea, toboganele, personalul eficient, amabil, profesionist. Ne-am simtit foarte bine.

Luati aparat de tantari, pt ca plase nu sunt, dar tantarii intra, daca vrei sa dormi cu usa la balcon intredeschisa. Este foarte cald, atat ziua, cat si noaptea si a dormi cu a.c. pornit nu este o idee buna. Nu se ofera papuci de interior.

am ajuns in jurul orei 10,dei camera nu era gata,ne-au pus bratarile i ne-au sugerat sa mergem sa servim micul dejun. in ziua plecarii,am avut autobuzul la ora 18,dupa ce am eliberat camera la ora 12,nu s-a pus problema bratarii, am servit masa de pranz,bagajele au fost puse in camera de bagaje,noi ne-am petrecut ziua normal. Curaenie in camera s-a facut zilnic. Mancarea variata, era aezata astfel incat sa poi servi mancare normala sau in stilul lor,mai condimentata. Gratar in fiecare zi,pui,vita,peste. Despre desert,jos palaria,nu tiai ce sa alegi. Fructe la discreie. Veneau la masa i te intrebau daca vrei de baut,sa ii aduca. Pe timpul zilei,activitai atat la piscina,cat i la mare. Seara,spectacole,dupa ora 21:30,in fiecare seara alt tip de spectacol. ezlonguri la discreie,pe plaja. a fost un sejur minunat!

Plaja cu nisip fin, intrarea in mare foarte lina, ideala pentru copii

Mancarea era cam aceeasi, diversificata dar se cam repeta, mereu aceleasi feluri. aveai variante si de fast-food, gulzeme facute pe loc, puteai diversifica insa toate aveau aproximativ acelasi program, de la ora 12:30 pana la 14 restaurantul si pana la 16 celelalte. Daca nu apucai sa mananci la pranz, pana seara nu mai mancai decat niste pateute....

Foarte incantata. Servicii foarte bune, plaja aproape si cu nisip fin, personal amabil. Mancare gustoasa, preponderent peste si miel. Este foarte curat, in orice moment al zilei vedeai personal de curatenie care lustruia ceva. Pontonul pe care il are resortul este punctul forte al acestuia. Se pot face sarituri in apa si are un bar unde se organizeaza petreceri tematice, mizica live, etc. Si aqua Parkul este forte apreciat de cei mici dar si de adulti. Ne-am distrat tare mult acolo.

Camere mici si cu mobila multa ( cam inghesuite). Dar prea putin timp petreci in camera si facilitatile resortului compenseaza acest neajuns. Datorita restrictiilor covid, mancarea ti se pune in farfurie de catre personal care insa nu intelege engleza. Ma asteptam mai mult decat limbajul semnelor de la un resort de 5 stele.

Plaja este frumoasa, nisip fin, intrarea in apa este lina, un loc excelent pentru familii cu copii. Ne-au placut gradinile, pontonul, proximitatea hotelului fata de plaja, camera si spectacolele de seara. O vacanta minunata!

Mancarea a fost cam aceeasi in fiecare zi, meniul foarte restrans, restaurantul mic si aglomerat, servirea sub nivelul asteptarilor - angajatii hotelului erau obositi si nervosi. Cu toate ca majoritatea turistilor erau romani, personalul nu vorbea deloc limba engleza. Curatenia lasa de dorit, vesela murdara, grupurile sanitare comune din resort neintretinute.

totul a fost exceptional, camera curata, curatenie zilnic, schimbare prosoape, zilnic, asternuturi la 2 zile. Restaurantele foarte bine pozitionate, incapatoare in interior, plus fiecare restaurant cu terasa exterioara. Barurile sunt accesibile si in hotel, si la piscina, pe plaja, plus ponton. In orice loc te aflii, ai acces la un bar, un snack bar sau restaurant.( inclusiv restaurant cu servire 00:00-07:00) Frigidere cu apa plata plasate in tot interiorul resortului la discretie. Bauturi internationale disponibile la barurile din interior, ( J.W Red Label,J&B, Smirnoff, Baileys, Captain Morgan, etc..) nu si pe plaje sau ponton,insa nu poti baga de vina. aqua parck-ul este senzational. Salvamarii sunt prezenti peste tot,la piscina, plaje, aqua-park( si chiar sunt activi). Noi am fost in perioada 19-06-26.06, Vreamea e excelenta si nu e aglomerat. Dupa 24 a inceput sa se aglomereze. Piscinele sunt incalzite, au in jur de 26-28 grade.apa marii este pe la 24grade. Pe plaje sunt disponibile sezlonguri gratuite, acoperite, nisipul este foarte fin, si curat!!! Gunoiul este colectat selectiv. toaletele disponibile din orice punct al resortului, fff curate, tot timpul alimenteaza cu detergent dozatoarele, fhartia nu lipseste de la dozatoare, iar dozatoarele cu solutie dezinfectanta sunt tot timpul pline si functionale.(chiar sunt atenti la acest detaliu) Programe de divertisment in fiecare seara, f bune. activitati zilnice de tir, golf, volei,polo, gratuite.

Nu am ce reprosa!

aerul conditionat prea slab in sala de mese, in camera, pe hol, iar in lift lipsa. Cu toate ca sunt muli romani, nu au posturi de televiziune in limba romana. Personalul de la bar mi a cerut tips. Daca avei camera pe latura exterioara cu vedere la mare, dimineata la 6:30 o sa auzii mainile de gunoi si personalul care fac mare galagie.

Gradina superba, piscina si activitatile de la piscina, plaja cu nisip fin, mancarea.

am primit o camera foarte galagioasa, pe tot parcursul zilei se auzea un vuiet infernal, iar la 7 dimineata te trezea masina de gunoi si autocarul care aducea personalul. Nu merita ultra all inclusive deoarece bauturile importate sunt de proasta calitate, si de-abia le scot si pe acelea, la bar iti spun ca se platesc. tocmai in a 3 -a zi de sedere, cand ne-am suparat si ne-am dus sa intrebam receptia de ce nu ni se servesc bauturi importate ne- au comunicat ca se dau in baza cartelei de intrare in camera si nu in baza bratarii . Bauturile mai de calitate ( precum Baileys, Courvoisier, etc) se platesc. Fresh-urile de fructe nu erau incluse. Pavilioanele de pe ponton sunt contra cost. Se vorbeste foarte putin engleza.

Spatiile verzi frumoase, amplasarea hotelului buna cu plaja proprie.

Nu este un hotel de 5 stele, cu indulgena 4, curaenia in camere se facea zilnic dar nu i schimbarea lenjeriei de pat sau a prosoapelor (chiar lasate pe jos). Dar marea dezamagire este ca mi-a ,, DISPaRUt" un tricou si o pereche de pantaloni scuri din camera, nu este o paguba mare, dar, indiferenta cu care trateaza personalul de la recepie problema m-a pus serios pe ganduri, foarte superficiali, cred ca a este o practica frecventa a personalului de la curatenie sau a celui care umple minibar-ul. Urat, foarte urat. am tratat cu amuzament intamplarea i am decis sa nu ne stricam concediul planificat cu un an inainte.

totul excepional, de la mancare, la curaenie, plaja, ponton, spectacolele din fiecare seara. acest resort are o plaja superba fiind ideala mai ales pentru familii cu copii., nisip fin in apa fara pietricele. M-a intoarce oricand la acest Resort. il recomand cu toata increderea..

Singurul lucru negativ a fost cabinetul medical al Resortului. Dei am avut asigurare facuta la allianz tiriac acetia nu voiau decat plata cash a consultaie pentru copilul meu care a facut otita. Mai exact 110 euro pe motiv ca asigurarea mea nu ar fi buna , dar care mai apoi a fost excelenta pentru un spital care ne-a ajutat ca totul sa fie ok. Pe aceasta cale multumesc celor de la Christian tour care sunt cu adevarat profesioniti i ii recomand cu toata increderea.

totul a fost foarte bine. Nu pot spune multe despre aquapark deoarece am fost doar o jumatate de ora deoarece la 17.00 se opreste apa, iar instalatiile nu mai functioneaza. Pontonul hotelui super, plaja la fel, iar de aoa nu mai vorbesc. am remarcat gradul de libsertate, baia la piscina seara, luatul unor alimente pe plaja sau in camera. Concediul a fost minunat. Multumesc.

We had a great time at the hotel. the food, the staff, the facilities were all great. the hotel is well taken care of, nice and welcoming. the garden wonderful, the pier they have there also amazing.

Not so much diversity when it comes to meal courses, but plenty and delicious :) the water slides were a little bit old and there were areas on the slides that were unconfortable. and also, wi fi terrible
