Efortul pe care l a depus tot personalul ca noi sa ne simim bine. incepand de la cei care fac curenie care au tot timpul zambetul pe buze , cei de la bucatarie care au avut grija de toate gusturile i echipa de animatori care implica pe toat lumea in divertisment.

Singurele laturi negative ar fi in opinia mea: salteaua prea tare, chiar i dup ce am cerut topper, tot foarte rigid, i un alt minus ar fi in sala de mese, ca nu sunt listai alergenii. Eu fiind cu intoleranta la lactoza, m am cam chinuit. Mancarea a fost foarte diversificata i chiar am avut ce manca, doar ca ar fi fost mult mai uor dac erau alegenii afiai.

Raport pret/calitate excelent, locatie suoerba, multa vegetatie foarte atent intretinuta. Un resort cochet care te multumeste daca nu esti foarte pretentios. atentie a nu se face comparatie cu resorturile din Belek. Este foarte departe de aeroportul din antalya in jur de 3 ore.

Nu le as numi impresii negative, ci doar mici impedimente cum ar fi: foarte multe trepte, piscina se inchide la ora 18, masa UAI nu foarte diversificata dar de calitate si gustoasa, inghetata era.disponibila la Pool Bar doar intre 14.30 - 17.00.

Faptul ca hotelul este amplasat pe un deal si trebuie sa urci/ cobori catre piscine, zone de agrement. Amplasarea vilelor pe diferite niveluri ale dealului face deplasarea prin resort a persoanelor mai in varsta putun mai anevoioasa

in afar de amplasament nu-i merit stelele , nu recomand . Mancarea nu este deloc diversific, se repet foarte mult aceleai sortimente de mancare , prjituri etc . Divertisment foarte slab . Japc pe fa pentru cei cu copii mici ( plteti pentru anumite divertismente ) . Personal foarte plictisit ( 9:55 am cerut un ceai i mi s-a rspuns ca nu este ora 10 )

Hotelulsi serviciile oferite sunt la superlativ.

Distanta de la aeroport la hotel, si invers, este in jur de 160km care se parcurge in 3.5 ore. Daca doresti sa vizitezi orasul trebuie sa mergi pe jus aprox. 2km si dupa cu un autobuz local pana in oras inca 4 km.

totul a fost super ok, mancarea a fost diversificat i gustoas , curenie in tot resortul, personal foarte amabil

Plaja in proporie de 80% era pietri, intrarea in mare destul de abrupt, aa c plaja primete nota 8. Cel mai enervant lucru la acest resort a fost echipa de fotografi, au venit la plaj cu diverse animale i ne-au spus c o fotografie cost 3 euro, dar cand am mers s le lum ne-au spus c de fapt cost 10 euro sau 12 euro dac le vrem i pe mail.

Mancarea proaspata, buna la gust. Bauturile foarte bune. Piscinele curate, iar personalul foarte amabil.

La curatenie ar putea sa mai imbunatateasca, mini barul nu era incarcat in fiecare zi.De asemenea, daca stati in vile, accesul la restaurante, mare si piscine este peste mana deoarece este ceva de mers.

Location: the location is nice. the sunset is beautiful. Like most of the hotels in the area, Utopia is located across the main road but there is a pedestrian walkway over the main road and an elevator to get to the beach. Facilities: Beach, pools, aquapark, beach and pool bars, massage etc. Everything you would expect from a turkish 5* hotel. Evening entertainment: Fire show is nice. Mongolian circus was entertaining like most circus shows. the rest of the shows not so impressive. they can do better while selecting shows.

Hotel staff: Bars and restaurants employees were friendly. Employees who were moving luggage, cars, etc were friendly-ish. For example, while checking out and taking the luggage to the cars, the employee told me that if there is only one luggage left to bring to the car, he would prefer not to go back and bring it because it is not efficient for him. Maybe such employees should not be in direct contact with customers Reception/cleaning stuff: we had a two rooms kind of apartment and we specifically asked that the mini bar should be filled according to the needs of two families. Noting happened. Rooms: the room was ok-ish. Nothing special. the tV was old-ish. You would expect a smart tv in 2023 to be able to stream what you want to see from your phone. But this was not a big problem since you are not going to a resort to watch tv. Furniture ok. Nothing special. the shower does not have a flexible shower hose which would be way more comfortable. the fixed shower head was not great either. Food: Nothing stands out. More then that, most likely due to the low quality of the food I had some kind of food poisoning with the following simptoms: vomiting, high temperature and diarrhea. Luckily, we had our own medication and recovered but one day was lost. and this is not all. after two days our daughter was in the exact same situation. another set of medication and another day lost. Not sure if it was food, some kind of virus or something else, but this was extremely unpleasant. I would suggest being careful. Other than that, the food was somewhat mediocre. + Conclusion: Not going back anytime soon.

Facilitatile exterioare ale resortului sunt unele foarte bune: foarte multe piscine, aqua Park foarte bine gandit si cu multe tobogane, piscine (pt. adulti si copii) situat intr-o zona cu multa vegetatie (practic o mare parte din zi poti fi ferit de razele soarelui). Langa fiecare grup de piscine exista cate un bar si in zonele mai indepartate de hotelul principal sunt si locuri de luat masa. transportul pana in apropierea planei se face cu un mini bus, dupa care se coboara cateva scari, se parcuege o pasarela peste soseaua principala, ulterior se coboara cu liftul sau pe scari pana la plaja. Plaja este bine organizata, cu multe sezlonguri, ponton pe mare si un bar unde se poate lua masa. View ul din incinta hotelului este unul spectaculos (merita cele 3 ore de transfer numai pentru acel view), hotelul find amplasat pe un deal langa mare. Mancarea este buna si destul de diversificata, personalul este foarte amabil. La capitolul bauturi, gama este destul de diversificata (pentru unii, poate este un minus faptul ca este disponibil un singur sortiment de bere si vinul este unul local).

Noi am fost cazati in asa numitele villa. Din exterior, aceste cladiri mai mici din resort arata bine, insa in interior, nu pot sa spun ca este cazul. Mobilierul din interior este foarte invechit (pe alocuri scorojit, usi care nu se inchid bine, descentrate, clante desprinse, usa de la terasa scartaia, sistemul de blocare functiona foarte greu, gresia din camera, baie, balcon foarte veche, obiectele sanitare din baie, de asemenea foarte vechi si functionau greoi. Din pacate, la capitolul curatenie in camere, stau foarte prost: cand am ajuns in camera, erau destul de multe panze de paianjen, la fel si paianjeni. am folosit acei slapi albi pusi la dispozitie de hotel, si dimineata am observat ca talpile lor erau negre, situatia s-a imbunatatit putin zilele urmatoare cand s-a facut curat, insa nu spectaculos. Per total camera nu ne-a placut.

O vacanta minunata! o vacanta in care am gasit toate lucrurile de care ai nevoie intr-o vacanta. La acest hotel nu cred ca e ceva ce sa iti doresti si sa nu existe.

Drumul a durat 10 ore sa ajungem din Bucuresti pana acolo. 10 ore la dus si 12 ore la intors, nu se tine cont de orarul de zbor si au fost intarzieri.

Un resort foarte bine pus la punct. am fost cazai in vila Room, Camera mare i cu tot ce ai nevoie, curaenia se face zilnic, iar Doamnele de la curaenie sunt foarte de treaba, pentru o mica atenie am avut zilnic lebede in pat, flori i hainele impaturite. Mancarea foarte buna, diversificata, chiar i pentru copilul nostru de 11 luni am gasit zilnic cate ceva fiert, fara sare sau peste proaspat. Bauturile diversificate i ok ca i calitate, adica brand uri cunoscute, nu ca in Bulgaria de ex. ayran peste tot, un bar doar cu fresh uri i smoothie uri, toate proaspete i facute in fata noastra langa piscina i mini bar ul gratuit cu apa, suc, bere. In principiu la orice ora gaseti un bar sau unde restaurant unde poi sa serveti ceva, chiar i daca ai insomnii :D. 3 piscine, una doar pentru aduli, activitai zilnice atat pe zi cat i seara, nu ne-am plictisit nicio clipa. Plaja foarte uor de accesat, bar, bufet i Wi-Fi i la plaja. Din punct de vedere al localizarii, este cam departe de aeroport, cam 3 ore dureaza transferul, dar fiind construit pe deal, compenseaza cu o privelite superba mai ales la apus. Per total, doar cuvinte de lauda pt resort i organizare, dar mai ales pentru atitudinea angajailor. Recomand i cu sigurana o sa revenim
