am fost 4 adulti si un copil de 4 ani. toti am facut toxinfectie alimentara in zile diferite. La receptie multi clienti se plangeau de acelasi lucru + serviciile foarte proaste ale hotelului. Mucegai, aer conditionat nu functiona in camere.

Nu este cazul.

5 stele turceti = 3 stele bulgreti. Personal hotel care vanau vorbitorii de la german, ateptand baci pentru orice serviciu. Internet contracost, 3 euro/zi/aparat. Buturi slabe calitativ. 1 zi cu mancare mai buna, 2 zile cu mancare mai slab gtit dei meniul nu diferea mult. Curenia nu era punct forte.

Din pcate am fost dezamgii de servicii. Curenia in camere nu s-a fcut . timp de o sptman nu au schimbat prosoapele. Nu ne-au adus ap in camer ( dei era in cadrul serviciului oferit in pachet) . Mancarea din restaurat slab ca diversitate si cantitate . Dac nu ajungeai la mas la ora deschiderii cinei(18:30) nu mai gseai din mancarea mai special din seara respectiv. Dac se termina o tav de prjituri alta nu mai aducea din sortimentul respectiv . Internetul gratuit din lobi nu il poi folosi , este prea slab . Dac voiai internet puteai cumpra cu 3euro pe /zi . Buturile alcoolice se terminau rapid in fiecare sear .
