Curatetia din resort, mancarea foarte buna, curatebia de pe plaja, facilitaile complexului

Galagia inutila facuta de echipa de animatie in fiecare dupa-amiaza, incepand cu ora 14. a fost imposibil sa ma odihnesc in camera dupamasa. Sa pui muzica la maximum in boxele de la piscina, ptr cei nici 10% din turiti aflai la piscina, cand ceilali se straduiesc sa se odihneasca, este o contraperformanta. Foarte deranjanta este politica permisiva cu privire la rezervarea ezlongurilor pe plaja i la piscina. Nu putea sta pe un seslong, desi jumatatea din ele erau ocupate mereu doar cu un prosop neatins. Deranjant pentru toata lumea.

Permit ocuparea simultana a ezlongurilor atat pe plaja cat i la piscina de aceiai clieni astfel incat dupa ora 8 gaseti cu greu ezlonguri. Galagie maxima a echipei de animatori in jurul orei 14, pentru cateva minute chiar daca au un numar minim de turiti de distrat la acea ora. Pornesc foarte greu aerul condiionat in lobby.

am stat la cateva hoteluri de_a lungul timpului in turcia, dar ca la Saphir Resort & Spa nu m-an simit asa de bine. Este un hotel de 5 stele, foarte curat, cu mancare foarte buna si diversificata, bauturi imbuteliate, piscina mare, loc de joaca pentru copii, plaja proprie cu nisip si pietris, personal amabil. intr-un cuvand este perfect. Mai ales pentru familii cu copii. Este al 3-a oara cand venim. Recomand cu incredere.

Deoarece cursa charter a fost seara, checkinul l-am facut la ora 10:30 PM. In ziua checkoutului, transferul de l a hotel la aeroport s-a facut la ora 4PM iar checkoutul, normal, trebuia facut la 12:00. In mod normal ar fi trebuit sa avem inclus in pachet un late checkout avand in vedere orele charterului. Practic noi am platit in plus (55 euro) niste servicii de care trebuia sa beneficiem (in ziua checkinului nu am beneficiat de nicio masa). Fiind contactati cei de la Holiday office, au zis ca nu e treaba lor si ca daca vrem late checkout trebuie sa platim extra.

totul a fost aa cum este descris de agentie.Hotelul foarte curat ,mancarea de foarte buna calitate i diversificata .Majoritatea felurilor de mancare sunt gatite pe loc in faa clienilor hotelului.Serviciile de nota 10.Este recomandat familiilor cu copii.

Foarte multa muzica rusa si germana , deoarece majoritatea turitilor sunt din cele doua ari. Nu am avut ocazia sa asistam la o seara turceasca i nu am auzit prea multa muzica din aceasta ara. au fost din pacate i vreo trei familii din Romania care au confundat hotelul de cinci stele cu stadionul de fotbal cu multa galagie,alcool i injuraturi ca la ua cortului. Pacat.
