It is located in Kundu Tourism Centre at a distance of 25 km from Antalya center and 15 km from the International airport. A deep seclusion gives a peculiar charm to 44 lavish villa resort, which was designed to blend modern convenience with elements of traditional Balinese architecture.
The expansive and elegant private “Presidential Villa” settled on area of 1.000 m² proposes a fitness center, Turkish bath, sauna, full-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, three bedrooms, an additional bedroom for a servant, and 105 m² outdoor swimming pool; all these components provide convenience, exclusivity and privacy.

Lake Deluxe Villa
surface area of 130 m², with the view of garden and swimming pool, includes living room, four bedrooms and terrace. Two master bedrooms feature a French bed, bathroom with bathtub, and two kids’ bedrooms comprise a twin bed, bathroom with shower. Each villa has an access to a grand lake pool and located only on the second floor. Lake Deluxe Villas are equipped with central air-conditioning system, LCD TV, carpet in bedrooms and ceramic floor in the living room, balconies with table and chairs, chaiselongs and umbrellas at the swimming pool.
Bali Junior Villa
has been designed to resemble the unique Balinese ambience and covers an area of 258m2. In private garden courtyard there are one free- standing bedroom (54m2) with a spectacular view of private swimming pool (24 m2) and cozy gazebo, which offers opportunities of fine-dinning. Bedroom comprises a French bed, beautiful bathroom features Jacuzzi with garden view and separate shower. Bali Villas are equipped with central airconditioning system, marble floor, LCD TV in bedrooms, bamboo table, chairs, chaise-longs, umbrellas and hammock in the garden. total area of 1000m2, the large contemporary living area (450m2) leads directly onto a spacious veranda with fine-dining opportunities, chaise lounges, umbrellas, hammock and palatial gazebo with marvelous pool and garden view. Villa comprises of 3 bedrooms with a french bed, bathroom with Jacuzzi/ shower/ WC; an additional bedroom for a servant with shower, an opulent living room (50 m2)connected with elegant dining space (39m2), gym area (60m2), hammam (16m2) sauna for 6 persons and full-equipped kitchen (16m2). A LCD screen interactive television with satellite, DVD and cinema systems guarantee an enriching leisure experience.
